The Ramayana has influenced Sanskrit poetry and Indian culture. It is a tale that is told to every Hindu child during their growing years so as to make them aware of their religious roots and its strong values.


C. Rajagopalachari was an Indian lawyer, independence activists, politician, writer and statesman. He was the last Governor General of India and has served as leader of the Indian National Congress, Premier of the Madras Presidency and Governor of West Bengal.
